The SECURIT Heavy Duty Carabiner Retractable Keychain conveniently attaches to almost anything, making this one of the most widely used retractable keychains on the market. Built in the USA with globally sourced materials, the SECURIT has a strong molded black polycarbonate case and a retractable cord made with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber. Attach your keys or small tools to the zinc plated split ring and secure the carabiner to your belt clip, work belt or backpack. When you need your keys just pull them out, when you're done let them go and the built-in tether retracts back into place until you need them again. Works great!
After about 2 years in service, my Key-Bak retrieval cord was compromised by a sharp edge in the field and was severed. I went with a new unit rated for more strenuous duty this time. Feeling confident in my new Key-Bak!
