The patented ball-joint lock on the SUPER48 Retractable Heavy Duty Key Holder keeps your keys securely at your side while not in use. Like our other models, the SUPER48 will only retract the amount of weight specified on the retraction force, but the ball-joint will allow you to exceed the retraction force and lock your keys when you're not using them so they don't sag.

I am a letter carrier and purchase this product 10 months ago. It is the best key solution I've found. I ran into an issue with the product recently, contacted customer support. They gave me clear communication and shipped out a brand new unit after hearing of my issue. Way to go, a lot of companies need to learn from a company like this!

Great, but.......

I've had a couple of these Heavy duty Keybaks and I like them except that when the line is pulled out, it cuts into the edge of the hole which eventually cuts the line. They should consider putting a metal ring around where the line rubs when the keys are pulled in and out to prevent this wear on the line.
