Your KEY‐BAK© Key Reel is a precision device: it is designed for years of trouble free use. As with any other precision tool, protect it from prolonged exposure to moisture and physical shock. Inspect your KEY‐BAK© Key Reel daily before use for signs of excessive wear, and should it require service, follow the instructions below.

Should your KEY-BAK© Key Reel need repair, please send directly to the address below, along with the downloadable return form and $4.00 US for United States and Canada (all other countries $7.00 US) for handling and return postage for each returned KEYBAK© Key Reel (handling charges are subject to change without notice).
