Lifetime Service Policy

Your KEY-BAK is a precision device designed for years of trouble-free use. Inspect your key reel before use for signs of excessive wear, and should it require service, follow these instructions.

Please send your KEY-BAK to the address below, along with the downloadable return form (pdf) and $4.00 US for United States ($7.00 outside US & Canada- Credit Card only) for handling and return postage for each returned KEY-BAK product (handling charges are subject to change without notice).

Shipping Information

Website purchases are charged a flat shipping fee based on the order total. Purchases of $49.99 and less are charged $5.00 USPS or $15.00 for FedEx. Orders above $50 are charged $10.00 for USPS and $25.00 for FedEx.

International Orders

KEY-BAK accepts orders for the United States and Canada through this website. For orders shipped elsewhere, please contact Maria Gasparini at

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your KEY-BAK™ website purchase, return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a complete refund less shipping costs. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. If you purchased your KEY-BAK from somewhere other than this website, please return the product to that seller.

Step by Step

  1. First, email Customer Service at or call 909-923-7800 to receive an RMA number. This number is valid for 30 days.
  2. Package your KEY-BAK product for shipping and label it with the following address: KEY-BAK Attn: Returns P.O. Box 9088 Ontario, CA 91762 USA
  3. Write the RMA number legibly on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship your package by whichever carrier you prefer, though we recommend using a service that allows tracking or delivery confirmation.

Credit Card Refunds

  • All credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card used to make the sale.
  • Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), a refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card within 7 days.
  • Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post to your account.
